About The Jerky Republic

The Jerky Republic was born on the Gold Coast in 2020 from a simple idea: jerky should taste like real food, not a shelf-stable afterthought. We slow-marinate whole muscle Australian beef, then smoke and dry it in small batches to lock in flavour and texture.

Every flavour in our range — Teriyaki, Mongolian, Campout and Smokey BBQ — is built around a sauce we make from scratch. No mystery powders, no artificial preservatives, no shortcuts. Just clean ingredients, properly balanced.

We believe great snacks deserve great craft. Whether you're heading bush, hitting the surf, or just need something honest at your desk, we make jerky we'd be proud to hand to a mate.
